How the Referral Program Works

1. Register Your Details

Before sending referrals, contact VIB and provide:

Full Name
City
State
Mobile Number

This information allows VIB to identify you correctly when a customer mentions your referral.

2. Share VIB With Your Customers & Network

You can promote and share VIB services through:

Friends and personal contacts
WhatsApp groups
Gaming communities
Social media
Your existing customer base
Personal networks
Other relevant communities

You may share our official website, service pages, profile listings, promotional material, or VIB service information with potential customers.

3. Make Sure the Customer Mentions Your Referral

When a customer contacts VIB, they must clearly state:

“I was referred by [Your Name].”

If they contact VIB through WhatsApp, they can mention your name directly at:

This is important because VIB must be able to identify the person responsible for the referral before the transaction is completed.

4. Customer Completes the Transaction

Once the referred customer successfully completes an eligible purchase, VIB verifies the transaction and referral attribution.

5. Receive Your 5% Commission

After successful verification, 5% commission is credited to your VIB account according to the applicable settlement process.

Example

If your referred customer completes an eligible transaction worth ₹10,000:

5% Commission = ₹500

Your commission is credited to your VIB account after the referral and transaction are successfully verified.

Resellers & Dropshippers Are Welcome

You do not have to simply send customers directly to VIB.

If you are a reseller or dropshipper, you can use VIB's services as part of your own customer-selling process.

You can:

Find customers yourself
Promote VIB services to your customers
Present suitable VIB services to your own customer base
Act as a middleman between the customer and VIB
Coordinate the customer's requirements
Bring the customer to VIB for fulfillment
Earn your 5% commission on eligible completed transactions

You can essentially build your own customer network around VIB services while VIB handles the underlying service fulfillment.

You find a customer who needs a particular service, introduce the customer to the relevant VIB service, and coordinate the transaction. Once the eligible transaction is successfully completed and verified, your 5% commission is credited to your VIB account.

Selling VIB Services to Your Own Customers

Resellers may promote VIB services to their own audience and customer base.

You may present yourself as the reseller or service intermediary and manage your customer relationship directly.

However, you must not make false claims, misrepresent VIB, alter official service terms, or make promises that VIB has not authorized.

All services remain subject to VIB's applicable pricing, availability, policies, and fulfillment conditions.

Important Referral Rules

Genuine Referrals Only

The VIB Referral & Reseller Program is designed for real customer acquisition.

It is not a self-discount mechanism.

The following will not qualify:

Self-referrals
Purchasing through another account to generate commission
Referring yourself through a friend or family member for a discount
Fake or fabricated customers
Duplicate or manipulated referral claims
Attempts to claim commission on transactions that were not genuinely referred by you
Misrepresentation of your relationship with VIB

The referred customer must be a genuine customer and must identify you as their referrer.

Referral Identification Is Essential

Before the customer completes their transaction, make sure they clearly tell VIB who referred them.

If VIB cannot reasonably verify the referral, the transaction may not qualify for commission.

VIB may review referral records, communications, transaction details, and other relevant information before approving a commission.

For Serious Resellers

If you already have customers, communities, or an established audience, the program can become more than a simple referral arrangement.
