No physical goods are involved in this transaction.
2. Independent Service Provider Status
VIB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any application developer, software provider, digital platform operator, or esport title publisher.
VIB does not represent ownership of, or authority over, any application, software system, digital platform, or esport title.
All services are provided independently and solely in response to customer-initiated requests.
3. Digital Profile Access Enablement and Handover
As part of the requested service, VIB facilitates digital profile access enablement and onboarding assistance.
The access information made available to you constitutes completion of the requested digital service.
Upon access enablement, responsibility for management, security, and usage of the accessed digital profile, application, software, or esport title environment transfers fully to you as the customer.
4. Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
• Securing access immediately upon receipt
• Updating credentials as instructed
• Enabling appropriate security protections
• Maintaining confidentiality of access details
• Managing all activity within the accessed digital environment
VIB shall not be responsible for actions, modifications, security changes, external platform decisions, or access events occurring after service completion.
5. Service Completion Confirmation
By proceeding to download the access details, you acknowledge that:
• The requested digital service has been provided
• Digital profile access enablement has been completed
• You accept the service as delivered
• Responsibility transfers to you upon access confirmation
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, VIB’s liability is strictly limited to facilitation of the requested digital service.
VIB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related outcomes beyond the scope of service delivery.
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By proceeding, you confirm that:
• You voluntarily requested this digital service
• You understand the nature of digital access facilitation
• You accept the terms outlined above
• You agree to proceed with access and onboarding
